Download and complete the Serving Your City Application. This is a PDF form that you can fill out on your computer. Once you have completed the form, save it to your computer and e-mail a copy to . You can also print it out and deposit it in the drop box next to the Welcome Desk at any campus.
Select a Partnering Organization
Select one of the three partnering organizations. These organizations may require additional information. The organization you choose to serve with will contact you to give you the details on trainings and any additional information you need to begin mentoring.
