Download and complete the Serving Your City Application. This is a PDF form that you can fill out on your computer. Once you have completed the form, save it to your computer and e-mail a copy to . You can also print it out and deposit it in the drop box next to the Welcome Desk at any campus.
Review Paperwork With Ministry Leader
A ministry leader will contact you to review your application and the volunteer requirements with you. The ministry may require additional information. For example, a background check is required if you will be working with children. If all requirements are met, the ministry leader will let you know when and how to begin to serve.
