I'm Kendall Goshorn. I was born and raised in Duncanville, Texas. I was first exposed to a "sound booth" when I was six years old in Kids' Church. I couldn't stay away from the knobs and flashing buttons and that still hasn't changed. I began doing church production when I was in my pre-teen years and fell in love with it.
I graduated from Trinity Christian School in 2005 and went on to study Recording Technologies at Cedar Valley College and Dallas Sound Lab. In 2007 I began attending The University of North Texas and am currently working on finishing my undergraduate degree.
I first attended The Village in February of '06 and fell in love with it very quickly! In 2007 I became a covenant member and began playing on the worship teams and being a part of the weekend service production. In September of 2007, I moved to the Denton campus full-time, and I am so excited about what The Lord is doing through and in that campus.
My hopes for The Village are that we can continue to be a people obsessed with the Lord and His majesty. I want to be a part of a church that holds nothing back and is constantly searching for new ways to give the Lord glory. I want to see us become a church who loves the city that we have been called to and who love the people in it. I am excited to give my life to being part of what the Lord is doing here. It's gonna be a great ride!
