Looking to Volunteer?

Kids' Village

Kids' Village is a place where leaders are able to teach and engage children for the sake of God's kingdom. Volunteers in Kids' Village take ministry very seriously and have a great time doing it.

Volunteer Opportunities

Registration Team

Registration workers are responsible for welcoming parents and children, greeting visitors, facilitating child check-in, answering informational questions and facilitating child check-out at the conclusion of Kids' Village.

This position is great for someone who is personable, organized and can focus with a lot of activity going on around them.

Greeter

Welcome parents and children, direct to correct classrooms, provide information and help with children check-out process.

Logistics Team

Organizes small groups' bins and other supplies; helps set up for weekend by cleaning areas, preparing props and other needs that may arise.

Small Group Leader *Immediate Need

Small group leaders in Kids' Village primarily build relationships with the kids in their group as they teach a scripture-saturated lesson. Each week they facilitate both a discussion time and activities for a group of eight to 12 kids. Small group time is spent looking at passages of Scripture, asking questions to help the kids grow their understanding and showing them how the Bible relates to their lives. This is also a time for prayer, getting to know the kids and helping them memorize Bible verses.

This position is great for a person who has a love for both kids and the Scriptures. A small group leader should also be able to facilitate discussions that tie the scriptures into everyday-life examples and applications or is willing to grow in this area.

Small group leaders must be Covenant Members of The Village and commit to serve on a consistent basis.

Kids' Village Worship Band

The Kids' Village worship band enthusiastically teaches our kids what it means to worship God through singing and having fun. Not only do they sing fun, energetic and kid-friendly songs, but worship leaders explain the meaning of the songs to the kids as they sing each one. The Kids' Village worship band includes worship leaders, background vocalists, bass players, electric guitar players, keyboard players and drummers. Band members play at all Kids' Village services on the weekends they are scheduled.

This is a great place to serve for people who are musically gifted and have a heart for worship.

Worship leaders and band members must be Covenant Members of The Village or must be enrolled in the upcoming membership class.

Special Needs

The Village has a growing number of children with special needs. If you have experience working with children with special needs, please to let them know. Please include which campus you attend in your e-mail.
